Hi, I'm Cassie
My mission is to empower runners of all levels to train with purpose, chase bold goals, and find joy in the process — building both physical strength and mental resilience that extend beyond the run.
My Coaching Philosophy
Individualized, purposeful training. Every runner deserves a plan that fits their unique goals, experience, and lifestyle — combining science-based structure with real flexibility.
Adaptability over rigidity. Training adjusts to what's actually happening in your week — schedule, recovery, fatigue, travel — instead of asking you to force your life around a fixed plan.
Consistency builds greatness. Sustainable progress comes from showing up with intention, listening to your body, and trusting steady growth over quick results.
Accountability, not just a schedule. A plan on paper doesn't create progress by itself — check-ins, feedback, and honest conversation do.
Joy and community matter. Running should be empowering and enjoyable — celebrating milestones, connection, and the shared pursuit of progress.
Coaching Experience
Cassie's personal race times are supporting credentials, not the main reason to coach with her — the real value is her ability to coach, communicate, adapt training, and help runners consistently progress.

"She consistently checked in to see how my body was feeling, adjusted my workouts when needed, and gave great guidance on fueling and recovery."
Why I Coach
Running has taught me as much about discipline and resilience as any other part of life — and coaching is where I get to pass that on. I've seen what happens when a runner gets a plan that actually respects their life: they stay consistent, they trust the process, and they surprise themselves on race day. That's the work I care about most.
